saving unit combines an ultrasonic wash, spray rinse, and hot air dry into
a single three chamber unit. Blue Wave's exclusive magnetostrictive transducers

The CCRD's rapid and efficient ultrasonic cleaning chamber is capable of
processing three trays of instruments within only 17 minutes. The rinse
chamber thoroughly rinses all items, and is followed by a closed loop drying
chamber, which recalculates heated air past a condenser to remove moisture.
With this type of system, no exhaust is needed, and no hot air is discharged
into the work area to overload the air conditioning systems or create uncomfortable
working conditions. Only four minutes are required to dry a tray of instruments.
