 | A player can play on ONE team only during a season. |
 | Players must be 18 years of age AND no longer attending high school
to play in this league. |
 | Games consist of four 15 minutes quarters or two 30 minute halves. |
 | No pregnant woman/girl can participate in the league. |
 | A 10 minute grace period is allowed before a team must forfeit. |
 | Home teams provide:

 | Certified referees |
 | Game ball |
 | Corner flags |
 | Nets |

 | Players must wear shin guards inside their socks. |
 | Players are not allowed to wear fiberglass or plaster hard casts;
all braces must be wrapped. |
 | Red carded players cannot play in the next game. |
 | "Even" is on-sides. |
 | Once the first half is complete, it is considered a game in case of
bad weather. Rain means "play"; lightning means "no play". |
 | Substitutions can be made by both teams on a throw-in provided the
team in possession is substituting (must be at half way line); both
teams can sub on goals or goal kicks. |
 | Players are required to leave the field after receiving a yellow
card. |
 | Shirts do not have to be tucked in during play. |
 | Any player bleeding on the field must leave the field at once,
cleanse the affected area, and cover it before returning to the game
with referee's permission. |
 | Referees must be currently certified within the last year. |
 | 2 Referees per game is preferred. |
 | The outcome of tied games is a shoot-out from the top of the arc;
off the foot in 5 seconds. |
 | Discuss any problems or confrontations with the team captain
immediately after the game; try to resolve any disputes then. |
 | A player must have played on a league team in at least 2 regularly
scheduled league games in order to play in the Spring tournament in June. |
